- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★This office has always had great service and taken care of our every need. The people in this office are always pleasent and greet you with a smile. They listen to you and try to fit the policy to you. I had 3 cars, 2 motorcycles and my home with them, never had an issue. When I filed a claim on my home the adjuster went out of his way to accomidate my schedule and was also excellent in his service. It wasn't till we moved to another state that we left State Farm after being with them for 16 years. The rep in the new state was terrible and could not hold a candle to the service we got in Lynne Ricks office. You will not go wrong walking into Lynne Ricks office for your policy needs.By A Google User, May 29, 2017
