- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This branch thinks it's funny to put a 2 day hold on a check for $2,800. Per policy, they have a right to hold any check over $2,500... It's still at the branch's discretion. Spoke to a supervisor who said she could only give me $200 available out of the check and that I'd have to wait 2 days to get the rest. I've deposited checks from the same employer numerous times throughout the last year with no issue.. My Average daily balance is close to $400. Customer service here is horrible, read the comments it's nothing new. If you get any monetary instruments make sure to check them for accuracy before leaving so you don't get your time wasted like I did.
