  Buyer Beware! They will add $699.00 on top of the selling price they do not exactly come out and tell you. They say this is to pay for the vehicle inspection at auction. I felt this should be rolled into the cost of doing business and not make their customers pay for this. With that and the taxes and fees easily add $1,000.00 to asking price. I thought when you negotiate a price with a car salesman the price is supposed to go below asking and not above. At this dealership, the price will go up during negotiations not down. Be prepared to pay above asking.

  Absolutely the worst dealership we've ever worked with. We bought "the best warranty " available. We were told the only thing it doesn't cover is oil changes because it was so great. We have spent $6,000 of our own pocket since we bought the car a little over a year ago. the awesome warranty we bought has paid about $3000. And now today our alternator is out. They sold is a lemon car and a worthless warranty. Don't buy from these crooks!

  When we arrived at the dealership we were unsure what type of vehicle we wanted; a sedan, and SUV or something in between. When we arrived the salesman had done his up-front research with us and has a list of 1/2 dozen vehicles staged for us to look at. Jeff, the salesman, had very good knowledge of each of the vehicles and was cordial, patient and very good at assisting us in making a decision. After accommodating us with several test drives, we settled on a vehicle. Jeff, the sales manager and the finance manager all went above and beyond in getting us through the buying process. We would not hesitate to buy another car from Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers in the future. I consider my self a bit of a skeptic and very discerning when buying anything, even more so when making a major purchase such as an automobile and I have purchased many of them. I never give 5-star ratings across the board on a post purchase review typically; in this case I had no hesitation doing just that related to our buying experience with Rocky Mountain Auto Brokers. AAA++
