Put my name on the list there was one couple on the list in front of me and a lady came by and said they don't have time for me. Bad customer service. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Been going to chase for years never had a bad experience till I met jp. He's a pompous passive aggressive toddler man and tried to scold my wife an I on what type of account to open for our son. His manager had to help us because of how rude he was. I'll admit we were wrong on the account but he could have been a professional and tried to help instead of act like a toddler. JP is a kid's name and it fits him well.
