  Wonderful experience. From the service department to the sales department, all the employees were so kind. Thank you for the easiest oil change appointment with two kids and having both healthy and kid friendly snacks in the waiting room.

  I put off buying a new car, because I do not like going to dealerships. The hassle, pressure, pushy sales people, the back and forth with the sales manager. Phil Long Hyundai was none of those things. Jerry expressed a genuine interest in is as people not potential $$$. He did everything he could to help us find the perfect vehicle. The whole experience took about four hours, not once did I just want to get up and leave! (I did do that at another dealership!) Thank you Phil Long Hyundai of Motor City!

  Don't pay for the nitrogen tire fill package. They under inflate the tire and tell you that you can come back any time for a top off. However, if you come back they will try to put air in your tire or tell you to make an appointment to get nitrogen topped off when there are two guys at the desk who could take 5 minutes to do it for you. If you wanted air in your tire then you wouldn't have paid for nitrogen. If they can't take 5 minutes to just do the right thing and fill your tire with nitrogen then what else are they cutting corners on? They lost my business all together, so good job Phil Long Hyundai of Motor City.
