  Carrie Hartman at US Bank has made the transition from my old bank to US Bank a snap. She has helped us to work through little adjustments to help us get the most out of their services. We even signed up for the online bill pay and it works so well. Great job Carrie!!

  I have been banking with US Bank for about 15 years. I have always been taken care of in a professional manner. The employees know my name and greet me as you come in. All of this prompted me to use US Bank for my Business accounts. I have multiple accounts, about a dozen, at US Bank and every six months or so I sit down with Carrie Hartman to make sure the accounts I have are still what I need for my business. Carrie Hartman at US Bank is fantastic. She is very knowledgeable of business rules and what accounts are available at the bank. She can customize your accounts based on the needs of your business. Once you are a client she will keep in touch and as new programs are available she lets you know how they might benefit the business. In this current financial market many of my friends and business associates are saying their banks are trying NOT to lend money. US Bank is lending and if I ever run into a problem getting my loan, or during the life of the loan all I have to do is call Carrie and she will fight on my behalf with the bank, her employer, to make sure I get what I need. I love my bank, how many people can say that?
