- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This is the rudest and most incompetent facility in the entire City of Colorado Springs (Security Branch)! The entire staff needs to be replaced! Wait time is always too long! Not enough staff! Automated telephone services need to up updated--do not function properly. Employers seldom answer their phones, and when they do you get transferred from one person to another before getting hung up on. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Forget about even attempting to call this office, there is no answering system, and the phone must be unplugged inside. Must purposefully deliver the wrong address daily, or the entire post office has dyslexia.
