    if I could give a half or quarter star, I would. I can't seem to get the delivery person to do actually USE the MAILBOX (That has been there for twenty years). This new guy throws my mail up on my steps (unsecured side of the house that has never been used for mail delivery...ever). And he won't pick up mail out of the mailbox even with the flag is up. Just passed me by, again!!
