  Bought a sweet ride from Tonya Adams at truck town a couple of weeks ago. She was very helpful and gave us no pressure. We even accidentally showed up 30 minutes before the dealership opened and Tonya was kind enough to walk around with us and let us test drive. When we decide to get another vehicle, we are definitely coming back to Tonya Adams.

  My experience was shocking to say the least. After becoming familiar with the salesman I knew that I was basically on my own. I finally found a truck that would fit my needs. Knowing that it had high mileage I asked the salesman if I could get a second opinion from a reputable mechanic. I new things wouldn't be perfect however the truck came back with a blown left turbo. I was a bit confused as the dealer mentions that the do a 21 point inspection. When asked about it the salesman mentioned sometimes we overlook things. "A Blown Turbo" not knowing really?? So I got a quote from my local mechanic which was and new it would be high, its "A TURBO" so I requested that the salesman request a lower sale price or fix the problem. They said the truck was as is and the would initially take off 500.00 however I negotiated 1,000. Finally I tried three times to close on the truck and couldn't because the dealer had no title and so it got delayed a week until I returned as well from a trip. At closing I got their at 4:00pm and waited until 5:45pm until they were ready for me. It took a about a half an hour and asked if the title is being sent or where is it so my bank can fund the dealer and I could establish payments with my lender. They gave me the vehicle and told me not to worry and that they would send the title to my funding bank. Not yet has my lender received the title nor have I closed on this deal. I left the dealership uncertain of the future of this transaction and whether or not I actually bought this vehicle and am I just driving around until I hear something else. A long story short, The feeling of deception or bad atmosphere here is the worst I have ever felt. Not to have the manager of the dealership come out and shake your hand and welcome you to the family business is poor and down right bad business. They gave me one set of keys and told me they are holding the others until they are funded. First ever review I have written and embarrassed to do so.
