- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They take ten years just to get everyone done. Plus they are always short staffed no matter what time they are open.By Girl Gamer, July 07, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Extremely inefficient service. 1.5 hour wait in overcrowded room. Absolutely no privacy. Everyone in room hears what your issue is, and how IRS is handling it. Only 2 out of the 5 windows are staffed. Staff is compassionate and caring, but cannot focus on your issue and get it resolved quickly. I watched/heard 3 people being serviced and the ratio of time spent vs. issues resolved is about 45 min per customer, but NOTHING resolved in the 3 hours I spent there. They get one star for their care and concern for the customer. The office is designed with security concerns rather than customer care/privacy.By Chuck Hendrick, June 01, 2017
