- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Terrible customer service!!! I called and the phone rang 20 times, with NO ANSWER!!! (then the call automatically drops you after the 20 rings) I called back with the same result!!! My call was during business hours and not on a Holiday. I can understand that you might have been busy at the time, but someone should have answered the call and put me on hold, at least! As a consumer, I do have the choice of conducting business elsewhere, and will do so!By Scott Keeler, April 28, 2017
