  As with any insurance company, claims are sometimes denied and customers get upset. I was an adjuster with this company for 13 years and we always did everything we could to find coverage if at all possible. People need to read and understand their policies, ask questions, and meet with their agent annually to make sure their coverage still meets their needs. When people understand their coverage, they won't have unrealistic expectations of what their insurance covers. As for Bob and Pam, they are friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I'd recommend them if you are needing insurance, looking to explore other options, or just need to review what you currently have.

  After over 20 years of paying premiums, we finally had to file a claim. Oh yes, we dared to file a claim. To make a long story short, the company that was always SO willing to take our money, wanted nothing to do with us. We kept the Insurance Commissioner on speed dial for 6 months as we made call after call to her to get the money that was due to us. They managed to squirm through every tiny loophole in the law. We even got a local news station to do a consumer watchdog report on their despicable maneuvers. We finally had to settle for only a small portion of what we should have received. If you need insurance, stay FAR, FAR away from this company. I give them one star because there is nothing lower. Not that there could be a category low enough.
