- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆We tried this bank but was really disappointed for several reasons. The location is in a busy strip mall area where getting in and out is sometimes a real challenge. The drive-thru has a very hard turning radius so if you drive a bigger vehicle it is difficult to get into the teller and ATM lanes without backing up and starting over. While the local people are pleasant, the 1-800 customer service people are awful to deal with. Long hold times and lots of poor attitudes is what you can expect. We stopped our relationship with them after just 2 months.By c springer, March 26, 2017
