- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I work near the physical USAA building and usually go for a run around the area of my job and USAA has a dirt track on an open field with lots of weeds and I sometimes see people walking there, one day I decide to incorporate the track as part of my daily 4 miles and was stopped by a security guard who told me I was not allowed to be on the property. I have ran on that track for years with no problems, I guess USAA isnt wanting to be neighborly to the local community.By Holli Austin, August 05, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This bank has become increasingly difficult to work with. They are there for you when you want to give them money or borrow money but as soon as you have an actual issue nobody does their job. I'm not talking a double charge or an overdraft. I'm talking about lost paychecks and refusal to do right by the banking client. Maybe they are trained to act naive or ignorant, I don't know. If you can bank elsewhere you should... for convenience and peace of mind. I've removed my insurance and as soon as this issue is resolved I will be switching to Ent.By Kevin Rudnic, May 30, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Unwilling to meet me on my end. I live in a rural area. The adjuster wouldn't drive to my house. Had to drive 20 minutes 1 way to meet him. The car was deemed unsafe to drive. We saved USAA a tow bill and drove the car to a shop anyways to save the hassle because we are so rural. In the end, they said the shop took too long and wouldn't pay for the last 5 days of our rental. If only they had given us the amount of time they expected the work done by, I could have found a shop that would have done the work in the given time frame. Instead, they surprised us midway through the repairs with an early end date to the rental, an stuck us with the bill. We will be dropping them as our providers.By Brandon Donadt, March 10, 2017
