- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I've been with US Bank since 1999, opened my account in Reno, NV. I just have a checking account and a small saving account, I'm not some big dollar customer. But, they've always treated me like a rock star every time I walked into the bank. Recently I’ve been using them for my loan for a home purchase. Purchasing a home in today's market has been an absolute nightmare! There were roadblocks with every business involved, from beginning to end! My mortgage team, Mike Brown and Kelly Elson kept me sane! I was so stressed with the horrible service of the home buying process that I was becoming physically sick. I would have been completely lost if it wasn’t for the incredible “respect for the customer” service by US Bank that I’ve been receiving since 1999!!! Everyone involved were dealing with my living conditions, my finances and affecting my health. US Bank is the ONLY business out of all, that treated me like I was a valuable person and not just someone to squeeze a dollar out of! I have a story like this with the US Bank in Reno too.
