- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I live about 30 minutes from the Ups store where my box is located... I had 2 packages which needed signing and was running late... I called and couldn't believe the young lady waited for me after her shift to give me my packages. Even though it was just 6 minutes, I remembered having the same situation at USPS and no where near as helpful !!This is by far the sweetest thing I've experienced in customer service..thank you !!!By Nicole Adams, April 26, 2017
