I have a UPS account, but whenever I want to ship something that needs a weight and cannot create a label at home, they offer zero help, zero guidance, and say with a smile 'We're not affiliated with our corporate offices'. I don't understand their purpose or their terrible attitudes. FedEx is the most expensive way to ship AND their customer service is 2nd to none.
