  I take the time to write surveys only when the experience is either terribly bad or incredibly good. In this case i am beyond pleased to say that Angela Ruzycki created a memorable and effortless experience that will absolutely keep my business with State Farm and this particular office. I was coming from a poor experience from a previous provider and was hesitant to sign up with a new agency. Because of the sincerity, care and thorough nature of Angela's approach, I now have full confidence in my coverage as well as the level of service I will receive. Thanks again, Angela for restoring my faith and taking such good care of my new policy!

  Kendra, Sara, Angie and Tina have been amazing! No matter the question or time of day, all of them have taken the time to help and never pushed me away. Great customer service with all of their products and a very knowledgeable staff. 10 out of 10 times I have always received a phone call back regarding questions or concerns I have had. I will continue to do business with Kendra and her staff for a long time to come.

  I switched to Kendra Berch's State Farm branch 3 years ago when I needed to find homeowners insurance that would cover our homes area. They have been nothing but fantastic! I call every once and a while to ask some questions or make a payment and they always remember me. They have made the entire process of signing up for various insurance and updating things extremely pleasant and it just shows the level of pride they take in what they do. I wish I could recommend Kendra, Angie, Angela, and Sara more but google only lets me give 5 stars.

  I've had interactions with Kendra, Angie, Tina and Sara and all have provided quality timely service. Recently, Angie DeBoise helped me navigate all my options for a car accident. She was professional, knowledgable and sensitive to my situation. I've thought about searching for possible cheaper companies but the quality of service outweighs this thought. Keep it up guys!
