- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have a car loan with this entity and they are awful. They wouldn't apply a record of my insurance and fined me $1500 and towed my car. They harassed me like I was a criminal even tho I'd never missed a payment or had ever been uninsured. They said when things were cleared up, the $1500 would be returned to my credit card, but that was a lie as well. They applied it to my loan, but now I have $1500 on my credit card at a much higher interest rate. This is a terrible business.
