  I had to deal with PPRBD while trying to sell my home and realized permits were opened back in 1996 and were never finalized. These folks were very friendly and walked me through exactly what needed to be done to finish the permits. While dealing with the inspectors, they were all friendly and told me what I needed to do to make sure everything in my home was up to code. I was able to successfully finalize the permits with minimal cost. I truly thank the PPRBD with their patience and assistance throughout this entire ordeal. I also liked the fact that you don't have to wait weeks at a time to get the inspectors into your home. When I failed something, I could just pick up the phone and reschedule an inspector to come back the following day. You can also wake up early and go to the PPRBD and even schedule a same day appointment. Lastly, the inspectors all have computers in their vehicles and they can update the status of your permits if you pass/fail as soon as they are done inspecting your property.
