  I was so impressed with the level of service I received on my last year tax preparation I'm going to continue to go with Phases Accounting! The attention to detail and knowledge on all levels was superb. The pricing is reasonable compared to anywhere else. Highly recommend

  It's been 3 months and my taxes have not been completed. No updates. No explanations, no anything. I have to keep calling back after the deadline is past and ask for explanation. We have been working with Michelle and she is not very informative or helpful.

  Willingly came out to our office when asked. Promptly, knowledgeably replied to inquiries. Always friendly! When searching for a bookkeeper, one sticking point was whether or not the accountant would come to our office if asked. Michelle at Phases stood out from the rest because she would (and did)! We also looked for someone with the heart of a teacher, who could explain tax matters in plain English. Michelle easily and patiently fielded questions from payroll to the implications of incorporation, to simple transaction categorization. We appreciate and recommend the fine folks at Phases!

  Wish I could give less than one star. There is nothing worse than being promised over and over again that they will take care of everything and then finding out that they have done nothing! Two weeks after I handed in all the paper work I found out that they misplaced it, and to make things worse...they just didn't care. Luckily I handed in the paperwork early so I could still take my stuff and get it to a real professional. One that actually knows what they are doing. Debbie the owner also promised me she would personally take care of my taxes and then I found out she not only didn't do my taxes ...she didn't even bother to look at them otherwise she would notice that all they did was put in the income amount ...don't think you have to be a genius to realize that all the expenses were missing?!?!? Stay away!
