  Extremely Professional and Competent Attorney It was an unfortunate situation that I was in an accident last year. The accident (no cars or people were involved) was unfairly and unprofessionally treated by the cops at the scene of accident. They forced me into a series of unproven sidewalk tests, wrote incorrect reports and charged me with a DUI for the accident. Our family was extremely stressed and nervous about the whole situation reading implications of a DUI on various websites. We felt that we were being targeted however unsure what to do. We are very fortunate that we contacted The Laybourne Law firm. Brad Laybourne was extremely helpful and patiently listened to the entire case. After listening to entire situation and details of the case, he was very confident that I had been unfairly charged and that a DUI case does not exist. He assured me that he will fight on my behalf and make sure appropriate facts are produced and presented. Through-out the process, Brad was very professional, and supported us in all possible ways. He is an extremely competent attorney with deep knowledge of the law and knows how involved cops were twisting the facts to charge me with an unfair DUI ticket. He listened to our questions and concerns, offered legal advice and focused on getting us through the process efficiently and favorably. He was on top of things at every stage, advised us what needed to be done and helped us get prepared. He was able to get all charges dismissed in a short period of time. I am extremely happy with the outcome and would highly recommend The Laybourne Law Firm to anyone in need of a strong legal advice.

  I HIGHLY RECOMMEND "THE LAYBOURNE LAW FIRM" Brad has represented me or someone in my family three times now and each time we were beyond satisfied! I always felt so much more at ease having Brad at my side. He is a good-hearted guy and after three cases I can still say I trust him completely. Brad is very respectful and makes sure all questions and concerns are spoken to and/or taken care of, as well as keeps one up-to-date with all important information relating to the case.   I met Brad and asked him to review an issue I have. With only a few days until court And such short notice to Brad I wasn't expecting any miracles. To my surprise he kindly agreed and did a follow up call the next day and walked me through a game plan. I am excited to have a helpful and friendly professional on my team. I recommend Brad to anyone looking for an honest and intelligent attorney to help them with big decisions that impact their life and or business. I hope I don't have anymore issues soon but when I do I will call Brad.
