- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Usually I have a pleasant time when I go into firstbank however the only time I've ever visit this specific location, I didn't feel it was as enjoyable. I went there because it was the only one in the springs with a loan officer present, being the weekend and all. I understand we went in 15 minutes before closing, but the loan officer complained 2 or 3 times about how long of a day it's been, how tired he was, and how early he came in. He still helped us out with the questions we had, but the complaining was unnecessary. Either way I still appreciate his help.By Cory Landfair, June 23, 2017
