- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆DMV representative, Wendy #15, was rude. If she doesn't like her job, I am not sure why she is there. She should expect to assist various people all day. Wendy's customer service is horrible. The DMV needs to hire people that actually want to assist customers and want to work there with better attitudes. The lines are short in this location but every DMV representative I have been assisted by has horrible customer service. They are not friendly or helpful.By K Mi, November 26, 2016

- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Poor service. We are new residences to the state. We bought a new Jeep and have 30 day tags. We went called DMV today. They said we could come get our plates. We left work early arrived at 4 and waited until 5 only to be told that they couldn't help us because the other office closes at 4:30. Never was it mentioned that we had to be sitting with a DMV person by 4:30. We drove from Denver where we work and wasted an hour. Poor communication.By Karen Meeker, October 18, 2016
