- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Can't find my account 3 out of 4 times I go in. I get asked are you sure you have an account? Usually wait 30-45 minutes for a simple 1 check deposit. As soon as I can I will be closing this account and be going to my regular bank!!! They even messed up closing my account. My current bank legally can't take the check chase wrote me becuase of the way they wrote it. yet the will do nothing about it.
