  I would highly recommend Feli Camp. Once the 45+ page document was ready, I was weary to sign anything, since I did not understand much. She encouraged me to come in, at my convenience, and go over the documents. She printed and went over the entire 45+ pages with me and spent probably close to 2 hours educating me on all of the documents, allowing me to take notes on the pages. She was truly amazing and took a lot of stress out of the home buying process. She also showed me where I needed to go online to sign the document, what documents I needed to sign, and helped me learn how to navigate on the web site. Feli kept me updated via confidential email and answered my questions as the process went on. I was even able to close a week early on the house! Feli was on vacation during my closing, but she reached out multiple times to me and encouraged me to call her on her cell with any questions I had, even while she was on vacation! I really appreciated all that she did. She went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable and educated through the mortgage and I think she should be recognized for her hard work. Erin O'Shay was also extremely friendly and answered all of my questions while Feli was on vacation. Erin was covering while many employees were on vacation, but you would never know she was stressed. She had a happy and positive attitude on the phone. She really loves her job and loves helping people.
