  Horrible horrible horrible customer service. The credit card readers were malfunctioning and I along with at least one other customer was double charged. When I expressed my concerns about it I was told to come back if it showed up 2x on my account, which it did. I called the store and spoke with a nice male manager. He apologized and told me to come in and he'd refund me. Turns out I called the wrong store. When I arrived at the store the female manager couldn't even bother to come out of the back room and she passed the buck to UPS. She told an employee to tell me that UPS is aware of the problem and I have to wait for them to go through all their records before I can get my money back! Really???? If your store took my money than it should be your store that gives it back, not an international corporation. Lazy and incompetent. I'll be going to the Postal Annex for all my future shipping needs. Y'all suck and should be ashamed of yourselves.

  HORRIBLE customer service ! I do not like having to even give them one star. I took a small box in to send and they ATTEMPTED to charge me over twice as much as the UPS website said it would be, for the box dimensions, weight and where l was sending it. They became very flustered and extremely rude when l brought that up. Needless to say l left with my box and will never trust that location again. SHAME on them !

  Apparently only one person works and nobody answers the phone. At any time when i call. Ups delivered one of my fragile packages in the worst condition I've ever seen anything arrive. It looked as though it fell off the truck, onto the highway, was hit a few times, taped back together, and the label was ripped off. When I finally got the box open, there were parts missing. I will NEVER use any ups delivery ever again. These employees and delivery drivers don't care! Hire someone who cares!

  We had a very large tent and 9 metal towers with straps (like in a bank lobby) to ship. None of it boxed. The manager there (I forget her name) was so very helpful! She arranged for the boxing, explained the insurance, and arranged for the shipping. It took about 20 minutes to get it all together, but she stayed with us until we were done. Never rushed us at all. Another fellow was helping other customers as they came in. It was well staffed, and every one was not just nice, but really helpful...knew their business. I can't wait until I have something else to ship to go back to this store....even though I have a different UPS store closer, this is the one I'll go back to!
