  • I've had a couple of insurance providers over the years. My experience with Sean Lynch at this agency was fantastic. He took time to fully understand my needs and took a complicated process and made it seem easy. He even was able to provide a life insurance policy with much better benefits than the one I had prior. If you are looking for an auto, home, or life policy, I'd highly recommend speaking with Sean.

  • I have been dealing with this office for a couple years now. I have my home, auto, and life insurance through them. Lyndsey has always been great. She answers my questions and does exactly what she says she will. Recently, I've dealt with someone new, Kylie. She was awesome. I had a billing issue and wanted to add a vehicle. She cleared up my billing issue and then coordinated with Lyndsey about my past policies and got me all set up super fast. I have had a few questions that I submitted via email and was always responded to within minutes. I couldn't ask for a better experience or better people to work with. Insurance in generally is a nuisance, but Lyndsey and Kylie have made it more than bearable.

  • In an age where great customer service seems to be non-existent, Chris Sutherland's agency is a rare gem. We moved to Colorado Springs and needed to find auto & home insurance and the staff here was incredible! After submitting my info on a generic website to get quotes, I received a personal text from Paxton, one of the team members at this office, and he was so helpful, exceedingly professional and was able to get me the info I needed within minutes. When we went into the office to set up our policy, the owner, Chris, came out from his office, greeted us, and proceeded to talk to us and ask us about ourselves. He seemed to take a genuine interest in his customers and we were very impressed! A few weeks after our policy was set up, I had a question about our policy so I called and spoke to Ericka who was very friendly, informative & professional. I appreciated that their incredible customer service didn't stop once the sale was made- they've continue to be professional, helpful & friendly! I would highly recommend Chris Sutherland's agency.

    I use to not really have any problems with this place for the first few years I had been coming to this office. The most that had happened at one point was that a policy was added to my account that I never wanted or agreed, but was later fixed. However, this past month this office has been nothing but problems for me. My ex and I came in and saw Kylie a month ago to make our accounts separate, remove our names from each other's cars, change bank account info, etc. We came in together to make sure it was all taken care of. A week later, they call me and tell me I need to sign a form removing my name from his car. I informed them he and I already came in and took care of that. What do they do? Mail me the form, a form I had already signed, just to do it again. A week after that, they call me to tell me they needed us to come in and sign another form, I informed them that he had already moved out of state, and that EVERYTHING should have been taken care of when we had came in beforehand. They tell me they somehow have no record of whatever form they needed, AND that my ex's name was STILL on my car. Could they explain how this somehow was not taken care of when we came in for all of this? Nope. A week after that, they call me to tell me that I need to come in so they could scan my driver's license. I have been with State Farm at this particular office for THREE years, and had my own account with them before my ex ever joined my account, they should have had my license scanned ages ago. They tell me they don't know how they lost the file. Then yesterday, they call me to tell me they received a call from my ex, stating that they had somehow charged HIS card for my bill. I asked how on Earth did they do that when I already gave them my new bank account information, they claimed they had no record of this (even though they charged my card last month). So I had to yet again, give them my bank info. All of this is absolutely ridiculous, makes me wonder what the Hell they were doing the whole half an hour to an hour my ex and I came in together to make sure all of this was taken care of. And how on Earth did they "lose" all of these forms and info? Just so ridiculous, seems like no one is doing their job right anymore at this office. I will NOT be going to this office anymore, they have made so many stupid mistakes and inconvienced me so much when I already did EVERYTHING beforehand to make sure these issues wouldn't occur. Just pathetic and unprofessional.
