- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Had an account with this bank in which we had auto pay with Comcast. We tried to stop the auto pay but Comcast kept charging the account anyway. After talking to them they pointed to our bank as the only way to stop it but get this load of bull, academy bank will only stop the auto pay by charging us a monthly fee to reject said stop payment from Comcast. Frustrating to say the least. Numerous charges every month and they are unwilling to return any fees. We closed that account because of this and are now happy with Chase bank.By Charles Valerio, June 03, 2017
